By accessing or using Edelhaus ("the Platform") or any services provided by Edelhaus LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.
Edelhaus is a sales outreach platform providing CRM, dialing, campaign management, and analytics tools. You are responsible for your own Twilio account, calling costs, and compliance with applicable telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.
The Platform enables call recording. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording and consent, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state wiretapping statutes. The Platform provides a recording notice feature; it is your obligation to ensure its proper use. We are not liable for your compliance failures.
When you engage Edelhaus for managed outreach services, a separate Statement of Work governs pricing, deliverables, and performance guarantees. Payment terms, appointment definitions, and qualification criteria will be specified in that agreement.
Sales Development Representatives operating on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees of Edelhaus or Edelhaus. They are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable labor laws. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect subject to Stripe's terms.
You may not use the Platform to: (a) call numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without consent; (b) engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive communications; (c) violate any applicable law; (d) reverse engineer or resell the Platform without written permission.
You own your contact data. We process it on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
